About the position
NA-KD is looking for a Commercial Business Controller for a consultancy assignment where you will be a key person in driving the company's commercial success through data and insights. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance departments. Through analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, you contribute to strategic decisions that optimize sales and profitability.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for developing and creating commercial budgets and sales forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional budget and forecasting meetings to ensure alignment between sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and models for commercial decisions.
• Analyze sales data, key metrics, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Be responsible for optimizing the product lifecycle through analyses and recommendations.
• Drive improvements in commercial processes and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with NA-KD's data team to enhance the quality and accessibility of data.

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have analytical and strategic abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are accustomed to working data-driven. You have experience collaborating with different departments and can communicate complex analyses clearly.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial controlling, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis.
• Good understanding of BI tools and e-commerce data, such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Ability to transform data and analysis into concrete business insights.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior decision-makers.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the fashion industry or e-commerce is a plus.

Location & start
The position is a consultancy assignment with an immediate start and an estimated duration of 6 months. The placement is flexible, but NA-KD's headquarters are located in Gothenburg.
